Here’s what to expect when logging into your My TELUS account with 2-factor authentication enabled.
Getting your verification code

Open your My TELUS app on your primary phone.
: Your primary phone is the device you used when setting up 2-step verification.
If you’re already logged into the app, you’ll see the verification code screen immediately upon opening the app. If you don’t see it immediately, select
Contact and security settings
Get verification code
If you’re not logged into the app, you can get your code by selecting

Once you have your 6-digit verification code, enter it on the device or browser you’re trying to log in on
: Make sure you enter the code immediately, as it will refresh every 30 seconds for your security.
