How does the two-way communication work?
Once an alert is triggered, our trained operators will engage in a two-way call with you through the speaker in your base unit. You may hear a series of beeps before the connection occurs.
Should I test my LivingWell Companion service? If so, how do I do that?
You should test your service monthly by pressing the device's help button for at least three seconds and engaging in a two-way call with our trained operators. Just let our trained operators know that you are just testing the unit.
Can I wear LivingWell Companion Home in the shower?
The LivingWell Companion Home pendant, water-resistant (IP67), can be worn in the shower or bath, suitable for extended and continuous water submersion, but only up to a 1-meter depth and 30 minutes maximum.
