How do lab and imaging tests work with TELUS Health MyCareᵀᴹ?

If your doctor has recommended a lab or imaging test, our Support team will reach out to help coordinate your visit to a convenient location.

After your tests have been completed, we will receive a copy of your results and a member of our senior Clinical team will review them. Our Support team will always contact you by phone or email to inform you of the outcome, regardless of the result. If required, we may recommend a follow-up appointment to discuss your results in detail.
