Installing your Smart Plug (Appliance or Dimmer)

Plug in your Smart Plug into the desired outlet.

Select your that matches the image and device name in the drop-down list. If you are unable to locate your lighting device, please select at the bottom of the selection screen and follow the app steps to add your device.

If installing on a Control Panel, ensure your Control Panel is unlocked on the home screen before continuing.

Please wait while the system prepares for installation. Once your system is ready to add your device, it will show .

Select . Your Control Panel or Automation Hub will begin to search for your device.

With the device plugged into an outlet, put the device in learn mode. For the device above, press the learn button on the front of the device twice. For the device above, press the learn button on the top-side of the device once. For the device above, press the learn button on the front of the device once. For the device above, press and long hold the LED on the front of the device until it blinks amber, then press once for it to blink green. For the device above, press the learn button on the left side of the device once.Once the device is found, the app and the control panel will indicate the device is being added to your network.For devices requiring an authorization key, please refer to the Z-Wave DSK PIN code sticker on the device. Enter the five-digit pin on the app and press .

Your Control Panel or Automation Hub will indicate that your device has been added to the network successfully.

If the wizard does not recognize the device in 30 seconds, repeat the steps above.

Enter a name for your device and select . Congratulations, you have successfully added your new device to your account.

Select to install additional devices or select at the top right corner to complete the installation process.
