I am unable to add the sensor to my TELUS SmartHome Security system
If you are unable to add the 4-Button Keyring Remote, try resetting your device. First, press and hold the * button until the LED lights steady (takes about 5-10 seconds). Then, release the key while the LED is still lit. This will reset the device and you can now re-add your device.

Away Arm | Hold button for 1 second, Control Panel should now show Arm Away status |
Disarm | Hold button for 1 second, Control Panel should now show Disarm status |
Arm Stay | Hold button for 1 second, Control Panel should now show Arm Stay status |
Panic | Before you test this button, call TELUS at 1-855-255-8828 to put your account into test mode first. Next, hold the button for 3 seconds. Your Control Panel should now be in alarm mode. |
