How to pay your Mobility or Home Services bill

Multiple options to help make paying your TELUS bill easier

On the website

  1. Log into My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
  2. If you have multiple accounts, locate the one on which you’d like to make a payment
  3. Select Make a payment
  4. Complete and submit the online form

On the the mobile app

To make payments on the free My TELUS mobile app, download it on your mobile device:

Pre-authorized payments

Once you’ve set up pre-authorized payments, you’ll never have to worry about paying your bill on time.

You can make your payments by credit card, Visa debit, or through your chequing account.

  1. Log into My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
  2. If you have multiple accounts, locate the one for which you’d like to set up payments
  3. Select Set up pre-authorized payments
  4. Complete and submit the online form

Note: It may take up to one full billing cycle for pre-authorized payments to take effect. If you have a balance due, we recommend that you make a one-time credit card payment to avoid late charges.

You can also set up pre-authorized payments by mail (chequing account only).

Online banking

Log into your bank’s website or call their telebanking number. The payee name is TELUS Communications.

You’ll need your TELUS account number, found on your bill or Client Service Agreement.

Over the phone

To pay over the phone using IVR (Interactive Voice Response), call 310-2255 and select the option to make a payment with your credit card.

Using our self-serve IVR, you can also:

  • Check your account balance
  • Add/change pre-authorized payment details
  • Notify us of a payment

At your bank

You can pay your bill at your local bank or financial institution. Please present your bill or remittance slip, and allow 5 days for payment to be processed.

Locate a bank or financial institution near you.

Using IVR on your TELUS Prepaid device

  1. Call #123 and enter your PIN when prompted
  2. Press 5 to register a credit card and follow the prompts to provide your credit card details
  3. Wait for the confirmation that your credit card was successfully registered

By mail – Mobility (cellular accounts)

Please write your TELUS account number on your cheque or money order and include the remittance slip from your invoice. Make your cheque out to “TELUS Communications”.

If you live in Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia or Prince Edward Island, mail payment to:
