Gaming console issues with your Smart Hub
If you’re experiencing connectivity issues when playing online with your gaming console, please read the below requirements.
Requirements for online gaming
- If you are experiencing issues with online multiplayer games, such as difficulties connecting with other players, you may need to have the Peer-to-Peer gaming feature added to your account
- To add the feature, you can chat with an agent or call 1-866-558-2273. It is currently not available via self-serve
- When the feature is added to your account, the representative will help you to set up a new APN on your smart hub. This will allow you to gain access to all multiplayer gaming features
