Resetting your SmartWear Security device
Follow the steps here to reset your SmartWear Security device to fix pairing issues with the invisaWear mobile app.
Step 1: Unpair the SmartWear Security device
- Log in to the invisaWear mobile app, open the menu and select Connect Device
- Select Remove Device, then select Remove on the device name
- Follow the onscreen instructions and double-click your device to remove. If you do not have the charm or are having issues with this step, a new screen will pop up and ask if you would like to remove the device. Select Remove
- Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings
- Select Remove/Forget for the invisaWear device
Step 2: Re-pair the SmartWear Security device
- Open/navigate back to the invisaWear mobile app
- From the Home Page, go to the Menu by selecting the three bars in the top left-corner, and then select Connect Device
- Select Add Device
- Press the back of the charm on the invisaWear accessory for 15 seconds
- Enter a name for the device
- You will be prompted to send a test alert to confirm it is working, by briefly pressing on the back of the invisaWear charm
