How to locate your 8- or 9-digit account number

Please note that this is an online-only task that can easily be done using either My TELUS online or the app.
Find your account number in My TELUS online
For security purposes only the last 4 digits of your account number appear in the email message you receive alerting you of your monthly e.Bill. The full number appears on the PDF version of the bill accessible through the online My TELUS service.
Follow the instructions below:
Option 1: From the Overview tab
- Once you access your online account you’ll land on the Overview page. There you will see your account(s)
- If you have multiple accounts, select the account that you wish to locate the account number from. The account number, which is the same as your e.Bill account number, can be located on the left side of the screen
Option 2: From the Billing tab
- On the Billing tab of My TELUS online, you can find your 8- or 9-digit account number listed under Mobility
- To find the PDF version of your bill select View bill
- Next to your current bill, select Download PDF
- Your 8- or 9-digit account number is located underneath your name on the upper left side of your e.Bill
Note: If you have not already set up a My TELUS online profile, then you will need your account number. This can be found on your TELUS contract or on a previous paper bill.
Find your account number using the My TELUS app
- You can also find your account number at the top-left corner next to the menu of the My TELUS app once you log in
- You can also access your account number from the Overview, Usage, Billing, Plans/Travel and Offers tabs at the bottom of the My TELUS app
- Your account number is also accessible from e.Bills. To download the PDF version of your e.Bill:
Go to the Billing tab within the My TELUS app, and scroll down to the bottom of the page
Select Download bill (PDF)
Your account number can be found at the top-left corner
