Note: For security purposes only the last four digits of your account number appear in the email message you receive monthly, alerting you to your e.bill. The entire number appears on the pdf version of the bill accessible through the online TELUS My Account service.
On the Overview tab of My Account online select View past bills.
Your 8 or 9 digit account number is located underneath your name on the upper left side of your e.Bill.
- The number also appears under Current bill on the Overview page
- If you have not already set up a My Account online profile, then you will need your account number. This can be found on your TELUS contract or on a previous paper bill
