Supported devices and required connection

The TELUS Health MyCare™ app is supported on Apple iPhones with version iOS 12 or above and Android smartphones with versions 5.0 or above.

You need to be connected to the internet to use our services. Where possible we recommend connecting to a secure and stable Wi-Fi network for a more reliable connection, instead of using your mobile data.
