At the final step of the online upgrade process, you’ll be able to choose how you would like to receive your new device. You can choose to have your new device shipped to you or you can use our Reserve Online and Pick Up In-Store service.
When you upgrade online, your device will be shipped to your home for free. Most orders ship within 3-5 days.
Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email you received upon placing your order or the shipping confirmation email you received when your order shipped. Once you have your order number, visit our
order status
page to check the status.

Reserve Online and Pick Up In-Store

If you want to pick up your device at a TELUS store, use our Reserve and Pick Up service. With Reserve & Pick Up, you can get the device you want today at one of our TELUS Stores by placing a reservation. You will complete your upgrade in-store once you pick up your new device. A one-time $50-connection fee applies to all pick-ups.
