Change your Mobility or Home Services billing address in My TELUS

Instructions for changing your address

Change your Mobility billing address

  1. Login to My TELUS
  2. Select My Profile from the left hand sidebar
  3. Go to your desired Mobility account #
  4. Select Update address
  5. Search or enter your new address information and select Save
  6. Confirm your new address and select Confirm

Change your Home Services billing address

  1. Log in to My TELUS
  2. Select My Profile from the left hand sidebar
  3. Go to your desired Home Services account #, select Contact Us to unlink a service or change your PIN
  4. Under What can we help you with? select Home > Something else
