Before you move your service to TELUS
To carry your Tab balance to TELUS, both TELUS and Koodo account holders must approve. If you are not the account holder of the Koodo account, please ensure that they are available to approve the transaction.
If you are creating a new account with TELUS, you will be the account holder. If you are adding a line to an existing TELUS account, the account holder must approve the new line. Additionally, Koodo customers must complete at least 90 days of their Tab agreement before moving their Tab balance to TELUS.
