What happens if I need to cancel or if I miss my doctor appointment?

For virtual doctor appointments, a fee may apply if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment time

For mental health counsellors or dietitian appointments, if you have paid for the appointment and cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be automatically refunded. No refund will be applied for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. In the event the appointment was cancelled on our end, you will not be charged
