It's a tool that allows you to view, reschedule and cancel your installation and repair appointments through your My TELUS account on telus.com. You can do the following using the appointment manager:
View your appointment details including your appointment date, arrival time window, estimated appointment length, service address and your contact number/phone number.
Reschedule your appointment.
Cancel your repair appointment.
Update your contact information/phone number.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment, a confirmation email will be sent to your contact email address to advise you of the changes.
Any changes made to your installation and/or repair appointments are reflected on the appointment details page.

: If your appointment is scheduled within 24 hours or less or a technician dispatch has already been initiated, online rescheduling or cancellation may not be available. Please chat with us at
