We are currently performing maintenance on our network that is impacting some of our TELUS security customers. If you are experiencing panel beeping, to silence the beeping try arming and then immediately disarming your security system from the keypad or
for more detailed instructions. If you have a trouble light indicator on your security system, please wait at least 72 hours. The light indicator should turn off on its own once the maintenance is complete. If you require further urgent assistance, you can reach us at 1-855-958-8181. Posted June 7, 2021: 1900Mhz network shutdown & panel beeping
On June 7, 2021, ADT by TELUS customers whose security system is equipped with a wireless communicator may be affected by a third-party operator’s 1900 MHz network shutdown, triggering panel beeping, a low signal message or a trouble light indicator. If this impacts you, please
for instructions on how to silence the panel. You will likely require a system upgrade to maintain system connectivity.

Starting April 1, 2021, your rate will increase by $5.00 per month. The total amount appearing on your statement or pre-authorized payment will vary depending on whether you have selected monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing. No action is required by you. Please continue to make your payment to ADT Security Services Canada, Inc as usual.
