How to add and reset your TELUS Health MyCare™ 4-digit PIN

Simply follow the prompts in the app to set up your 4-digit PIN. Your selected PIN will be valid on your device until you log out. Note that if you log out, you will be prompted to set up a new PIN when you log in next. You will also be prompted to set a new PIN if you log in to your account from another device.

If you forgot your PIN, you can tap on on the PIN entry screen.

: In Android, the option only appears after you attempt to enter your PIN at least once.

Once you tap , you will be logged out. Simply log back in with your email and password so we can verify your account, and then you will be prompted to set up a new PIN.
