Update a mobility rate plan or add-on

How to use My Account or #123 to update or change your mobility options

Using your computer

  1. Log in to your TELUS My Account
  2. Select the Mobility Plans & Devices tab
  3. Select Change plans & add ons
  4. Choose from the available selections, Select next
  5. Review the summary and select accept changes
  6. Wait for confirmation that your transaction was successful

Using IVR on your TELUS Prepaid device

  1. Call #123 and enter your PIN when prompted
  2. Select option #3, and then follow the prompts to select an Add-on
  3. Wait for confirmation that your selection was successfully added to your account

Note: If calling 1-877-277-7745 from another device, you will need to enter your subscriber number and PIN before adding an Add-on.

Stacking Add-ons

You can purchase the same Add-on up to three times, allowing for immediate use of the next when the current one expires or depletes. The 30 day service period starts when the Add-on comes into effect rather than when it was purchased.

Combining

You can combine different rate plans and Add-ons, with each one expiring based on the purchase date. If you have different rate plans or Add-ons that provide data, when the first one depletes, the next one will immediately take effect with no impact to the expiry date.
