Easy to set up and get recording in no time
We’ll ship your free doorbell camera directly to you with easy-to-follow instructions for convenient DIY installation. Please make sure to review the requirements before purchase to ensure compatibility.
Your existing doorbell setup must:
  • Have an existing chime box that is mechanical (ding-dong) or digital (plays a melody). Doorbells with intercoms are incompatible.
  • Be wired with two wires attached to your existing doorbell. If it does not have wires, it is not compatible.
  • Use low-voltage power (10-24v AC). Other voltages are not compatible.
Minimum Internet requirements
  • You need Wi-Fi coverage of 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz with min. of 2.5 Mbps upload speed where you want to install your camera.
