What is the TELUS Beta Program and how do I join or leave?

The TELUS Beta program lets you try out pre-release products and services. The feedback you give on quality and usability helps us identify issues, fix them‌ and make TELUS even better. Please note that since the Beta products have not yet been widely released by TELUS, they may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not function as well as publicly available services. We need your support to identify and report them to us, for us to improve the experience.

You can leave the beta by cancelling your subscription aligned with the terms and conditions that you agree to when you sign up.

BETA customers will qualify for extra incentives throughout the promotional period as specified during the sign-up process.

BETA customers will be expected to provide ongoing feedback to TELUS through surveys to stay eligible for the BETA program and continuously benefit from the additional offers that BETA customers are eligible for.

As part of the Beta Program, TELUS may provide you with the opportunity to submit bug reports, questionnaires, enhancement requests, issue reports and/or support information (collectively, “Feedback”) to TELUS. TELUS may request this information from you through the Beta Tools as well as via the app, email, web questionnaires, and other mechanisms.
