Certain devices, such as space heaters, may experience power surges beyond their normal operating specifications, potentially leading to product damage or safety hazards if used with a smart plug.

Purchase your device: Add the device and subscription to your cart and complete your purchase.

Schedule installation: After your purchase, log into your My TELUS account. There, you can schedule an installation appointment. You’ll find out if your address is eligible during this process.
