To start watching TELUS content on your TELUS TV Mini, log in with your My TELUS username and password.

To start watching streaming content simply log in to each of your subscribed to streaming services. Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime apps  will be pre installed onto the device. Other apps will require you to download them via the Google Playstore.

The TELUS TV Mini is designed to be self-installed. Installation instructions will be provided with the TELUS TV Mini to guide you through the setup process.

When the device arrives, consult the quick install guide, safely connect the TELUS TV Mini to your TV through your TV’s HDMI port and, using the included power supply, plug the TELUS TV Mini into a wall outlet. Follow the on-screen setup instructions to start watching.

Yes. With the TELUS TV Mini, Stream+ content (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, 40+ free featured channels and TELUS Films & Series) is in one place for a streamlined entertainment experience. 

Without the TELUS TV Mini, you will need a different app for each streaming service included in Stream+. For TELUS content, you will need the TELUS TV+ app. Check compatibility here.

The TELUS TV+ app includes access to 40+ free featured channels and TELUS Films & Series. You can access TELUS TV+ on devices such as:

- Tablets, smartphones and laptops
- Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K generations 1-3
- Chromecast with Google TV
- Amazon Firestick
- Nvidia Shield
- Sony Smart TVs
