A 3 to 5 year agreement may be required depending on location. Offer valid until December 31, 2024 inclusively. Customers subscribing to a new SmartHome Security plan (excluding Smart Camera) are entitled to $0 professional installation, a $175 value. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a licensed and certified TELUS technician. Certain limitations and exclusions apply (e.g. door and lock types and geographic limitations). Installation fees may apply for additional equipment. Some equipment requires configuration by the customer even during professional installation.
The ICI TOU.TV EXTRA package is included (value of $7.99 / month) for customers who subscribe to TELUS high-speed Internet, OPTIK TV, SmartHome Security, Online Security or mobile postpaid services and who register to ici.tou.tv/telus. Limit one access per client. The offer is neither redeemable nor transferable. The application uses data from the Internet plan associated with the network to which the customer is connected to.
