Internet Optik 750/750: The speed of the Internet services can reach up to 750 Mbps in download and upload speeds for the Optik Internet 750/750 with a wired connection between the modem router and the first device connected to the network. To take full advantage of the speed, minimal computer components are required. The speed of the Internet services may vary depending on the technology environment, location, configurations, network congestion, use of services within the home and the number of connected users. The Optik Internet 750/750 plan allows unlimited data use per billing month for combined download and upload amount.
One TELUS Wi-Fi Amplifier 6 is available for rental at no additional cost and requires a TELUS Internet service subscription. Signal speed and reception may vary depending on the location and configurations of the wireless modem router and Wi-Fi boosters, the location and capabilities of the wireless devices, the number of nearby wireless networks, the number of active Wi-Fi devices on the network and the construction materials of the home.
The TV Digital Box is the property of TELUS and is provided as a monthly rental for a regular price of $10/mo. Customers that are subscribed to Optik TV and Internet with TELUS receive a $3/mo discount on the price of the rental. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. Equipment may not be as shown. Third party devices may not be compatible. TELUS may provide alternative models based on availability or other factors. The TELUS TV+ app lets you access certain channels and on-demand titles offered on Optik TV from your computer, tablet and mobile. The app uses data from the customer’s Internet plan.
