What is TELUS Privilege?

TELUS Privilege is TELUS’s rewards program. All TELUS customers with an Internet, OPTIK TV or consumer postpaid mobility plan in Quebec are eligible for the contests, gifts and discounts offered by this program. Included at no extra cost, easy and safe, TELUS Privilege is our way of thanking our customers for choosing us.

How do I sign up for TELUS Privilege?


The TELUS Privilege program is reserved for TELUS customers with an Internet, OPTIK TV or consumer postpaid mobility plan in Quebec.

Internet and OPTIK TV customers

  • If you are eligible, you can enrol online through Espace client.
  • If you are not registered for Espace client, go to Espace client and click “Sign up.” You will need a valid email address and the 10-digit customer account number found in the upper right corner of your monthly TELUS bill.

Customers with a consumer postpaid mobility plan

  • To enrol in the TELUS Privilege program, you need to first be registered for My TELUS, which allows you to view your account online.
  • If you are not registered for My TELUS, go to telus.com/mytelus and click “Create a My TELUS account.” You will need a valid email address and the customer account number found on your service agreement and bill.

What are the benefits of TELUS Privilege?

Members can participate in countless contests featuring exciting prizes like trips to dream destinations, electronic devices (home automation equipment, 4K TVs, smartphones, etc.). They're also eligible for discounts at a variety of stores and events (Le Cirque du Soleil, Les Grandes Fêtes TELUS, BALNEA spa, etc.).

TELUS also rewards TELUS Privilege members during the year with gifts like stuffed toys, wireless headphones or Bluetooth speakers to show its appreciation.

How do I stay informed about the many activities TELUS Privilege offers?

To stay up to date on new activities, check your TELUS Privilege regularly and keep an eye on your email so you don’t miss our newsletter.

I’m enrolled in TELUS Privilege but am having trouble logging in.


Internet or OPTIK TV customers

Your TELUS Privilege credentials are the same as for Espace client. There could be a number of reasons why you can’t log into TELUS Privilege or Espace client. See below for the most common ones and their solutions.

Account activation

If this is the first time you are logging in, make sure you first activate your account. If you’ve already registered your account, a confirmation email was sent to your email address. Click the link in this email to activate your access to Espace client.

Forgotten email address

If you’ve forgotten the email address used for your account, go to telusquebec.com/espaceclient and click “Forgot?” to the right of the “Email” field. You will first have to enter your credentials (last and first name), followed by the 10-digit customer account number found in the upper right corner of your monthly TELUS bill. You will then be prompted to answer your security question. The email used for your Espace client account will then appear and you will receive a confirmation email from TELUS.

Forgotten password

If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot?” to the right of the Password field to recover it. Enter the email used for TELUS Privilege and your last name. You will receive an email from TELUS to reset your password.

Customers with a consumer postpaid mobility plan

Your TELUS Privilege credentials are the same as for My TELUS. There could be a number of reasons why you can’t log into TELUS Privilege or My TELUS. See below for the most common ones and their solutions.

Account activation

If this is the first time you are logging in, make sure you first activate your account. If you’ve already registered your account, a confirmation email was sent to your email address to activate your access to My TELUS.

Forgotten email

If you’ve forgotten the email address you use for your account, go to telus.com/montelus and click “Forgot Email/Username” below the “Login” button. To continue, you need to enter your identifying information (last and first name) and mobile phone number or customer account number found on your service agreement and bill.

Lastly, you will be prompted to answer your security question. The email used for your account will then appear and you will receive a confirmation email from TELUS.

Once you have recovered your email, you will be automatically directed to your My TELUS account.

Forgotten password

If you’ve forgotten your password, go to telus.com/montelus and click on “Forgot Password?” below the “Login” button to recover it. Enter the email address used for TELUS Privilege and your last name. You will receive an email from TELUS to reset your password.

If you still can’t log in, don’t hesitate to chat with us by clicking on the “Chat” button at the bottom right of the My TELUS login page.

How do I update my TELUS Privilege account if I’ve changed my email address?

Internet or OPTIK TV customers

The email used to log into TELUS Privilege is the same as for Espace client. If you change your email address, remember to update your Espace client profile in order to receive notices and information about your online services and TELUS Privilege. This will also enable you to recover your password if you forget it.

Here are the steps:

  1. Log into Espace client.
  2. Click “My Profile,” followed by “Change email address” to the right of your email address.
  3. Type in your new email, confirm it, and click “Save.”
  4. You will receive a confirmation email at both the new and old email address.

You must use the new address the next time you log into TELUS Privilege.

Customers with a consumer postpaid mobility plan

The email used to log into TELUS Privilege is the same as for your My TELUS account. How do I change my mailing address?

To change your mailing address:

  • Log into TELUS Privilege, then click on “My mailing address” in the top right corner.
  • Update the following information: address (or P.O. box), city or municipality, postal code (note that only Quebec postal codes are accepted).
  • Click “Save this address.”
  • To finish, confirm your new mailing address in the next window.
