What to do if you’ve forgotten your Wi-Fi network username or password.
How to retrieve your Wi-Fi password
To find your Wi-Fi network name and password, locate your modem and find the details as below:
If you are using a TELUS extender the Wi-Fi network name for this will be the same as the one found on your modem with
-2.4
or
-5
on the end of the network name. The password will also be the same. Learn more about

If you have previously changed the Wi-Fi name or password and no longer remember it, you will have to
reset your modem
.
Note
: Resetting your modem will revert your customized network name and password to the network name and password on the device label.
