Restart your device to restore speed

If you are close to your modem, Wi-Fi extender, or TELUS Boost Wi-Fi, and you are still unable to retain the minimum speed, please restart the device that is experiencing slow speeds.

Make sure to power off your device completely. Do not put it on standby mode or sleep mode.

Wait 10 seconds and power your device back on.

Once you've restarted your device, run another speed test using this speed test tool to estimate both the download and upload speed of your Internet connection.
