My TV has no video
Stuck on initializing
While the set-top box is starting up or resetting, make sure not to touch any buttons and wait for the TV signal before handling the remote.
If your wired digital box is stuck on initializing follow these steps to restore or improve your service
- Check if your Internet is working
- Check that all connections are tight
- Ensure the lights on your modem are on:

4. Reboot devices in the following sequence:
* Gateway
* PVR
* All remaining boxes

Confirm what equipment you have
Identify whether you have a T3200 or wireless access point and use the troubleshooting steps associated with your device.
