Follow the applicable troubleshooting steps.
Internet light is green / Wi-Fi light is off
Try the following steps:
Restart your modem
Once internet light is on, check wireless light.
If still off,
reset
your modem
Check if you are able to see the default Wi-Fi network name listed on your device
Resetting your modem will remove your customized network name and password. You will have to reconnect devices to the
default network
or reset your
network name and password
.
