Where to find your order number
Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email you received upon placing your order, or the shipping confirmation email you received when your order shipped. Both emails are from TELUS (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Note: Please do not forget to check your junk mail if you can’t find the order number in your regular inbox.
The order number will appear in one of the following formats: ES12345678, 102345678 or TD0012345.
How to check your smartphone or smartwatch order status
Once you have received your order number, you can check your status by going to our order status page.
Once you are on the order status page, simply enter in your order number and select the Check status button.
How to check your tablet, accessory & SIM card order status
Note: If you ordered a SIM card along with your phone or tablet, please refer to the section above. If you ordered a SIM card on its own, please continue on below.
Once you have received your order number, you can check your status by going to our accessory order status page.
When you are on the order status page, simply enter in your order number and select the Check status button.
