Transfer business ownership

The easiest and fastest way is to create a Transfer of Ownership Business Service Request. Learn more about Business Service Requests here.

If you are already logged in to your My TELUS account, you can simply access the form here.

1. Log in to My TELUS and locate Go to Support Requests by scrolling down your Overview page

   

2. Expand the list of available requests by selecting View all topics

   

3. Select Transfer of Business Ownership

   

4. Fill out the form, then select Submit

Please note that TELUS requires approximately 10 business days to complete a transfer request once the agreement, signed by both parties, has been received. 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your request, please contact us.

1. Locate the TELUS Assist icon on your screen

   

2. Let the Assistant know that you would like to «Transfer the Ownership» of your company

3. Follow the prompts and let the Assistant do the rest
