Requires recording plan. A recording plan is included with 2 Theme Packs + 1 Premium, 4 Theme Packs + 1 Premium, 7 Theme Packs + 1 Premium and 11 Theme Packs + 2 Premiums plans. For Basics, Core and Core + 1 Premium plans, recording can be added for regular pricing, currently $10/mo and subject to change without notice. Recordings are available to watch on your TELUS TV Digital Box or on the TELUS TV+ app on compatible devices. Recordings are only available to watch in Canada. If streaming recordings on a mobile network, regular data charges apply.

The TELUS TV Digital Box is the property of TELUS and is provided as a monthly rental for a regular price of $10/mo. Customers on a 2-year service agreement receive a $10/mo discount equivalent to the price of the rental. Current rental rates apply thereafter. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. Free or discounted installation and equipment rental is not available with the TV Basics package.
The 30 day Wi-Fi Plus Dead-Spot Free Guarantee provides eligible customers access to a technician visit within 30 days from the date of installation if any area within the service address experiences a Wi-Fi signal strength below -75 dBm in the 5GHz band (“Dead Spot”). Guarantee subject to change without notice. Customers must contact our support center within the 30-day period to report any Dead Spots. Our support team will perform remote diagnostics to verify the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a technician will be dispatched to the customer's home at no additional cost, provided that the customer permits the TELUS representative to access the home. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies solely to the Wi-Fi Plus service and within the home where the service was originally installed. Changes to the home network configuration or physical environment, including, but not limited to, renovations or additions of new devices, after installation may impact Wi-Fi performance and are not covered by this guarantee. The guarantee does not cover issues caused by external interference, customer equipment or internet service provider outages.
Traditional copper wire or Hybrid Fibre Coax (HFC) networks are subject to capacity constraints and environmental stresses that do not affect TELUS fibre optic technology, which is based on light signals. Not available in all areas. Individual results may vary depending on location, usage within the home network, Internet traffic, applicable network management or server configurations.
