- Confirm the cables are secured between your TELUS Modem, the TV Boxes and your TV
- Restart your TELUS Modem, then reboot your TV Boxes by unplugging and plugging the power cable
- Toggle between inputs with your TV control until you find one with programming
- Move your wireless boxes back to their original location set up by a TELUS technician
