To use Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (XGPU), you must set up a MyTELUS account to subscribe and manage your XGPU subscription through TELUS. You are required to be a Canadian resident and have a TELUS product to be eligible to subscribe to XGPU. You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to subscribe.

After you cancel your XGPU subscription with TELUS, it is your responsibility to manage any subscription to XGPU that is billed directly via Xbox or a third party.
