Sportsnet+ on TELUS Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your Sportsnet+ (“Sportsnet+”) subscription with TELUS.

The Sportsnet+ service is operated by Rogers Sports & Media, a division of Rogers Communications Inc., a company registered in Canada. Sportsnet+ is a trademark of Rogers Communications Inc. and its affiliated entities.

Sportsnet+ is a video subscription service that allows subscribers to stream certain sports content on compatible devices via the Sportsnet app or the watch.sportsnet.ca website. Visit sportsnet.ca to see programming availability and regular pricing, which is subject to change without notice.

Your use of Sportsnet+ is subject to the Sportsnet+ Terms of Use, at

, which is an agreement between you and Rogers. Please ensure you read and understand that agreement before subscribing to Sportsnet+. Additionally, you acknowledge that your use of the Sportsnet+ service is subject to the

Minimum Requirements
:

To use Sportsnet+, you must have a compatible device in accordance with the Sportsnet+ Terms of Use. You must set up a Rogers account in order to subscribe and manage your Sportsnet+ subscription through Rogers. Sportsnet+ is offered as a standalone subscription for existing Rogers customers in Canada. You must be a Canadian and at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province or territory to subscribe to Sportsnet+ through Rogers. Compatible products and services are required. Playback quality will depend on hardware and internet connection. Existing Sportsnet+ subscription or new subscription activation is required.

Activation
:

Once you sign up for a Sportsnet+ subscription through MyTELUS, you will receive an activation email prompting you to activate your subscription with Sportsnet+. The steps to activate your subscription are outlined below:

  1. A link in the email will take you to My TELUS, where you must log in using your existing TELUS credentials. If there is a delay in receiving the email, you can also activate Sportsnet+ by navigating directly to the "Subscriptions" section on My TELUS.

  2. On the "Subscriptions" page, you will see your Sportsnet+ subscription listed. You will need to click "Activate Subscription". You will be taken to the Sportsnet+ site to complete your activation by creating a new account or linking an existing one. a. If you DO NOT have an existing Sportsnet+ account, you must create a new account. b. If you DO have an existing Sportsnet+ account, once you have activated your subscription (as detailed above), you must log in to the Sportsnet+ site using your existing account information, which will link your existing account to your Sportsnet+ subscription with TELUS. If you do not wish to link your existing Sportsnet+ subscription, then you will have to create a new Sportsnet+ account (as detailed above). You will need to manage any existing subscriptions to Sportsnet+ on your account to avoid double billing.

Billing
:

You will be charged the applicable price plus applicable tax to the credit card that you added on your My TELUS account. New Sportsnet+ subscription activation is required. Your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged every succeeding month until you cancel your Sportsnet+ subscription through your My TELUS account in accordance with the "Cancellation" section below. Kindly note that no bill will be sent to you; monthly charges can be viewed on your My TELUS account.

Any additional purchase you may make through the Sportsnet+ service will be made directly through the Sportsnet+ app and will not be billed through your My TELUS account. For additional information, including details on billing and changes, please refer to the

, which is part of your agreement with TELUS.

Pre-Existing Subscription
:

If you have a pre-existing subscription to Sportsnet+ directly with Sportsnet+ prior to signing up with TELUS, you will need to cancel your existing Sportsnet+ subscription before activating with TELUS to avoid being double-billed.

After you have logged into My TELUS using your new or existing credentials, you can use the Subscriptions page to activate Sportsnet+ using the "activate" button. Upon clicking the activation button, you will be able to complete activation by linking your existing account.

Cancellation
:

You will be able to cancel your Sportsnet+ subscription with TELUS at any time through your My TELUS account. Upon cancellation, your subscription will stay active until the end of your billing period. TELUS may also cancel your Sportsnet+ subscription, at our sole discretion without notice to you, if we suspect any fraudulent activity, misuse of your subscription, or violation of these terms, the

, or any applicable law by you. No refund will be given.

Please note if you’re a Quebec subscriber, you’ll be able to cancel immediately and will receive a prorated credit.
