to speak to a customer service representative.- Devices purchased on the Bring-It-Back program must be returned in good working condition or you will be responsible for the difference between the Bring-It-Back program amount and the lower trade-in value for a device that is not in good working condition. Trade-in standards published at the time a device is returned will apply. Applicable sales taxes are due at time of purchase on the full purchase price. You will not be charged tax on the Bring-It-Back Program Amount if you choose to keep your device and pay back the Bring-It-Back Program Amount at, or before, the end of the 24 month term. Bring-It-Back program is only available while you subscribe to mobility service. If mobility service is cancelled before the end of the term, the Bring-It-Back Program Amount will be charged to your TELUS bill.

- The Mobility referral program terms and conditions are available here. TELUS reserves the right to end the Program or change any of the terms at any time, without notice and without obligation to award any referral credits. Offer valid in AB, BC, SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, NS, PEI, NT, Nunavut, YK. Offer valid on new mobility activations on in-market unlimited data plans. Referees who activate a phone on an in-market unlimited data plans or Voice plans with TELUS Mobility will receive a bill credit for a successful referral. Bill credits will be applied to TELUS account within 4 to 8 weeks of process completion. Bill credits may vary by province. The person who referred them will also receive a bill credit of equal or lesser value. Subject to terms and conditions. Connected accessories, including smart watch and tablet are excluded. - The $10/mo. bundle discount is available to TELUS EPP Mobility customers who purchase qualifying TELUS Home Services product(s). A $10/mo. discount will be applied to the Home Services bill for 24 months (or as long as the eligibility requirements are met). Eligible Home Services products include TELUS Home Internet 15 and higher, Optik TV, SmartHome Security, Home Phone or combination thereof. Offers subject to change without notice. Available to residential customers who have not subscribed to TELUS Internet service in the past 90 days.
- Offer and regular pricing subject to change without notice and available to TELUS Exclusive Partner Program (“EPP”) members who subscribe to Stream+. A $5/month discount will be applied to the Stream+ bill for as long as the eligibility requirements are met or until the discount is no longer maintained. EPP customers on eligible 5G+ Premium unlimited plans receive an additional $13 discount on Stream+ Premium for 24 months, provided the eligibility requirements are continuously met.
Stream+ is available to Canadian TELUS customers with at least one service and not currently subscribed to Stream+ with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. Eligibility may vary for customers in certain regions due to their connection type. Stream+ Basic bundle includes: Netflix Standard with Ads, Amazon Prime (ad supported), Disney+ Standard with Ads and TELUS Films & Series. Regular price for Stream+ Basic is $20.00 plus applicable taxes and subject to change.
Stream+ Premium includes: Netflix Premium, Amazon Prime , Disney+ Premium. Regular price for Stream+ Premium is $38.00 plus applicable taxes.
