Logging in for the first time
If you are new to TELUS SmartHome (i.e. this is the first time you are setting up your account), visit telus.com/securitysetup to activate your account. Then, enter the IMEI number on the panel. You can find the IMEI number on the back of the panel (see below).
Next, you will be led to download the TELUS SmartHome app. This app will give you total access, control, and convenience. Click here to learn more about how to use the mobile app.

Already an existing user?
Click on the TELUS SmartHome app on your mobile device to login. If you want to login to the web portal, visit telus.com/home-security and bookmark this page so you can easily return to login to the portal when you want to modify your settings.
