What to expect

For pre-order customers, we'll contact you to set up your early bird bonus service
There are no service charges for the network drop, and for pre-orders, there are no charges until your services are activated
Installation may take 6 months, depending on network readiness

The following applies to all terms and conditions above

1. Offer subject to change without notice. Available to eligible customers who pre-order an eligible PureFibre Internet plan and are new SmartHome+ customers who purchase SmartHome+ compatible devices on an eligible SmartHome+ Video plan. One camera purchase at minimum required. Device taxes due upfront with Easy Payment. If applicable, instructions on offer activation will be provided after successfully pre-ordering an eligible TELUS PureFibre Internet plan. Use of promo code required. If the hardware total in cart is less than the discount amount or if no select hardware is added to your cart at the time of your service, then any remaining balance of discount will be forfeit. Hardware discounts are non-stackable with any other offer, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All prices do not include applicable taxes. If you cancel your service subscription before the end of the 36-month financing period, you will still be charged for your equipment balance under your TELUS Easy Payment agreement. Subject to approved credit. Service subscription must be kept for 24 months, otherwise upon cancellation you will be charged a fee reflecting a portion of promotional discounts(s) previously applied to your device(s). Regular price of TELUS Online Security (“TOS”) TOS Standard is $12/month plus applicable taxes. You are signing up for TOS Standard. A $12/mo discount applies from months 1-3. Subscription auto-renews. If applicable, instructions on offer activation will be provided after successfully pre-ordering an eligible TELUS PureFibre Internet plan. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a TELUS representative. Discounts, promotions, benefits and credits are earned for each full month of service and do not apply to partial billing periods.
