Our premium options represent the very best in entertainment. Popular premium options include Netflix Premium, Crave + Movies + HBO, Sportsnet World, and a variety of premium foreign language packages.

Optik TV

One PVR ($20) and one Wireless Digital Box ($10) rental is included at no cost on a 2 year term. Rental fees are applicable to No term packages.

Pik TV

Pik TV doesn’t require any hardware to use. Watch TV online with your laptop’s browser, or on the go using your tablet or smartphone and the Pik TV app. If you want to watch Pik TV on your television you can use an Apple TV and the Pik TV app to get a great live TV experience.

Installation is free on a 2 year term or $100 without a term You can book an installation appointment during checkout You may find time slots within the next few days, but expect 1 – 2 weeks For internet alone, installation takes 1 – 2 hours. For internet + Optik TV, expect 2 – 4 hours

Pik TV

Pik TV doesn’t require any installation. Once you order Pik TV you’re ready to start watching live TV. Just download the Pik TV app from the App Store, then log in using your TELUS credentials.

Optik TV

2 year term On a 2 year term, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you can cancel within 30 days of installation. All fees – including monthly charges, installation fees (if any) and up to $100 in pay-per-view charges – will be waived. If you received a gift with purchase, you have 21 days to return it.

After 30 days, if you cancel your internet and/or TV service, the fee will be $15 for each service, for each month (or partial month) remaining in your term. For example:

If you cancel your TV service at the end of month 18, there are still 6 months remaining in your term. So the cancellation fee will be 6 months x $15 = $90 (plus taxes)

If you cancel both Internet and TV at the end of month 18, there are still 6 months remaining in your term. So the cancellation fee will be 6 months x $30 = $180 (plus taxes)

No term If you are not on a term agreement (or if you’ve completed it) you may cancel services any time without charge. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply.

Pik TV

You can cancel your Pik TV subscription anytime you like. If you purchased hardware with your Pik TV, you’ll have 30 days to return it in order to receive a refund.
