For customers signing up on a 24 months term, the Internet and Wi-Fi Plus add-on plan price is guaranteed to remain the same for the duration of the 24 month term. Cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Offer includes TELUS PureFibre Gigabit internet and Wi-Fi Plus add-on. From month 1-24, a $20/mo discount applies to TELUS PureFibre Gigabit internet ($480savings over 2 years). Regular price of PureFibre Gigabit internet is currently $125/mo and Wi-Fi Plus is $10/month. All prices do not include applicable taxes. $0 Unlimited data offer is only available to customers signing up on a 2 year internet service agreement. Regular pricing (currently $20 for Unlimited Data add-on) applies at month 25. Minimum system requirements apply. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a TELUS representative. A cancellation fee applies to the early termination of your internet service agreement, which will be the sum of $360, declining by $15 for every month of Internet service and reducing to $0 at the end of your 2 year term. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. Maximum speeds require optimal network conditions on a wired connection. Internet access speeds may vary depending on location, usage within the home network, Internet traffic, applicable network management or server configurations. Concurrent data streams, including combinations of uploads and downloads, may be required to access maximum speeds. Maximum speeds may not be achievable using a single device. Cancel Wi-Fi Plus at any time without penalty. No-charge equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. With TELUS Wi-Fi Plus, you will experience better coverage in the primary locations of your home. Wi-Fi speeds are dependent on the technical capabilities of individual devices. Individual results may vary depending on location, usage within the home network, number of connected devices on the Wi-Fi network, and the level of Wi-Fi and non-Wi-Fi RF interference in the home. Available to TELUS or Koodo Mobility customers who purchase qualifying TELUS Home Services product(s). A $10/month discount will be applied to the Home Services bill for 24 months (or as long as the eligibility requirements are met). Wired backhaul is more reliable because it uses a wired connection to transmit data, rather than Wi-Fi, which is an unlicensed spectrum, subject to uncontrollable interference. A wired backhaul also enables a better Wi-Fi experience as the connection between access points is not using up valuable air time, as a result, that airtime can be used by client devices on the network.
