- The monthly price varies depending on the customer’s services selection. The address of the account holder for home and mobile services must be the same. $5/mo. rebate applied to the home services bill for bundling a postpaid consumer plan with a TELUS Optik Internet. Additional $5 a month rebate for a Voice and Data mobile postpaid consumer plan. Discounts, promotions, benefits and credits are earned for each full month of service and do not apply to partial billing periods.
- Offer subject to change without notice. Available to residential customers who subscribe to eligible services and enroll with pre-authorized payments. The $5/mo discount will apply each month to each eligible service and you must retain the eligible service(s) with pre-authorized payments to maintain the discount. Customers may see a partial credit when enrolling with pre-authorized payments depending on the bill cycle. All prices do not include applicable taxes. Discounts, promotions, benefits and credits are earned for each full month of service and do not apply to partial billing periods.

The credit is applicable on the monthly service charge during 24 months. If the customer cancels their package before their credit is applied in full, then they will forfeit any unused portion of the credit. Discounts, promotions, benefits and credits are earned for each full month of service and do not apply to partial billing periods.
- The speed of the Internet services can reach up to 940 Mbit/s for download and upload for the Internet Optik GIGA with a wired connection between the modem router and the first device connected to the network. To take full advantage of the speed, minimal computer components are required. The speed of the Internet services may vary depending on the technology environment, location, configurations, network congestion, use of services within the home and the number of connected users. The Internet Optik GIGA plan allows unlimited data usage per billing month for combined download and upload amount.
- Traditional copper or hybrid fiber networks are more subject to capacity limitations and environmental factors compared to the TELUS PureFibre network using fiber optic technology that transmits data using light signals. Internet access speeds may vary depending on the location, usage within your home network, internet traffic, as well as network management or applicable server configurations.
- One TELUS Wi-Fi Amplifier 6 is available for free rental (maximum purchase of 5 amplifiers) and requires a TELUS Internet service subscription. Signal speed and reception may vary depending on the location and configurations of the wireless modem router and Wi-Fi boosters, the location and capabilities of the wireless devices, the number of nearby wireless networks, the number of active Wi-Fi devices on the network and the construction materials of the home.
- The TELUS Privilege rewards program is reserved for customers who are subscribed to Internet, Optik TV, SmartHome Security, Online Security or a consumer postpaid mobility plan from TELUS in Quebec and who sign up at telus.com/telusprivilege. Limited to one access by mobile phone number or by TELUS residential services account in Quebec.
- The ICI TOU.TV EXTRApackage is included (value of $8.99/month) for customers who subscribe to TELUS high-speed Internet, Optik TV, SmartHome Security, Online Security or mobile postpaid services and who register tohttp://ici.tou.tv/telus.
