Smart Camera plan ($15/month) is available to TELUS home internet customers who have not subscribed to TELUS SmartHome Security services in the past 90 days. The plan includes one camera and TELUS Online Security (“TOS”): TELUS Online Security Basic. Offers and pricing subject to change without notice. Cannot be combined with other TELUS SmartHome Security promotional offers. Minimum system requirements apply. Equipment may not be as shown. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a TELUS representative. A cancellation fee applies for early termination of the 3-year service agreement equal to $10 /month multiplied by the number of months remaining in the service agreement (with a partial month counting as a full month), plus applicable taxes. Customer must return the camera(s) to TELUS within 30 days upon cancellation of the Smart Camera plan, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the customer’s account. Up to three additional cameras can be added to the Smart Camera plan. Additional cameras can be purchased upfront or through device financing. Professional installation is not available on Smart Camera. Customer must complete setup through self-installation. A $100 kit fee is charged on self-install orders and is 100% refundable when service is activated within 30 days of order. This includes installation of automation and security devices, app installation and a walk-test where required. Once your service is activated you will be notified by email within 5 business days that the kit fee has been automatically refunded to your bill.
