- Remove your existing TELUS Online Security plan by contacting our TELUS call centre phone numbers athttps://www.telus.com/support/contact-us. Your existing subscription will be removed from your account.
- The TELUS agent will assist you by adding this offer to your plan.
Activating your TELUS Online Security plan is simple:
- After signing up on this webpage, you will receive an enrollment email within 48 hours.
- Locate your enrollment email in your email inbox
- Select the Activate Now button, or
- Log in to your My TELUS account and navigate to Online Security tab and click on the Register to activate / Sign-in link.
You will be directed to the Norton™️ website.
For first-time users, create a new Norton™️ account and follow the on-screen step-by-step instructions until you receive a message confirming that you've successfully completed the enrollment process.
Pro tip: If you have a previous Norton™️ username and password, you can re-use it and your TELUS Online Security plan will be automatically linked.
TELUS Online Security customers get Dark Web Monitoring. It continuously monitors hard to find anonymous websites and forums on the dark web for use of your personal information, including email and passwords, and sends you alerts to notify you of steps to take to protect your information.
You can enter the following personal information for dark web monitoring purposes:
- Up to 5 email addresses
- Up to 5 phone numbers
- Up to 5 addresses
- Your driver's licence
- Your mother’s maiden name
- Up to 10 bank accounts
- Up to 10 credit cards
- Up to 5 insurance policies (e.g. provincial health card, life insurance policy)
Follow these simple steps to enroll into Dark Web Monitoring:
- Click on the Set up now button in your TELUS email.
- Create or enter your existing My Norton username and password. If you have an existing My Norton account but don’t remember your password, please reset your password.
- Read and accept the terms and conditions.
- Input your personal information. You can enter the following personal information for Dark Web Monitoring purposes:
- Up to 5 email addresses
- Up to 5 phone numbers
- Up to 5 addresses
- Your driver's licence
- Your mother’s maiden name
- Up to 10 bank accounts
- Up to 10 credit cards
- Up to 5 insurance policies (e.g. provincial health card, life insurance policy)
- After you have finished inputting your personal details, return to the main menu by selecting My Norton in the top left corner to download your security and privacy features.
When you first input your personal information, the product will conduct a one-time historical scan to determine if personal information about you has been exposed.
You can also download an app onto your mobile device, search the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for Norton 360.
Credit Monitoring Alerts will help keep you informed of key changes to your credit file to help you detect fraud, and help identify potential identity theft issues.
New accounts, address changes, activity on dormant credit card accounts and credit report inquiries can all trigger a credit monitoring alert. If you experience or believe that you have become a victim of identity theft, an Identity Restoration Specialist will be dedicated to your case from start to finish, to help restore your identity.

Should you be a victim of identity theft, an Identity Restoration Specialist will be dedicated to your case from start to finish, to help restore your identity.
Your TELUS Online Security plan will automatically renew at the current regular price at the end of your offer.
If you would no longer like to keep your plan to help protect against the latest threats, you may cancel your TELUS Online Security subscription before your offer term is over.

Regular price of TOS Ultimate is $30/month and is subject to change without notice. IF THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FEATURES FROM THE BUREAUS. You will receive Credit Features once the verification process is successfully completed. Any credit monitoring will take several days to begin after your successful plan enrollment.
- CreditVision credit score is based on TransUnion data. Third parties may use many different types of credit scores to assess your creditworthiness.

Identity Theft Reimbursement Coverage is underwritten and administered by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Different plans have different limits, ranging from up to $25,000 for Standard, up to $100,000 for Complete and up to $1 Million for Ultimate. Up to $25,000 Stolen Funds Reimbursement available on Complete and Ultimate plans. Please refer to the actual policies for terms, conditions, and exclusions of coverage.
