A $100 credit will be offered for a new subscription to Internet Optik 750/750 and above, provided that the customer has not already subscribed to Internet Optik for this same address within 90 preceding days. The credit is applicable on the monthly service charge. All one-time credits are taxable (e.g.: $100 credit is $86.98 + tx) and take the form of a bill credit. If the customer cancels their plan before their credit is applied in full, then they will forfeit any unused portion of the credit. Discounts, promotions, benefits and credits are earned for each full month of service and do not apply to partial billing periods.
Not available in all areas. Traditional copper wire or copper wire hybrid networks are subject to capacity constraints and environmental stresses that do not affect TELUS fibre optic technology, which is based on light signals. Individual results may vary depending on location, usage within the home network, Internet traffic, applicable network management or server configurations.
The speed of the Internet services can reach up to 1,500 Mbps for downloads and 940 Mbps for uploads for the Internet Optik GIGA with a wired connection between the modem router and the first device connected to the network. To take full advantage of the speed, minimal computer components are required. The speed of the Internet services may vary depending on the technology environment, location, configurations, network congestion, use of services within the home and the number of connected users. The Internet Optik GIGA 1.5 plan allows unlimited data usage per billing month for combined downloads and uploads.

The $5/mo discount will apply each month to each eligible service and you must retain the eligible service(s) with pre-authorized payments to maintain the discount. Signal speed and reception may vary depending on the location and configurations of the wireless modem router and Wi-Fi boosters, the location and capabilities of the wireless devices, the number of nearby wireless networks, the number of active Wi-Fi devices on the network and the construction materials of the home.
