These services are available where technology permits.

The speed of the Internet services can reach up to 1,500 Mbps for downloads and 940 Mbps for uploads for the Internet Optik GIGA with a wired connection between the modem router and the first device connected to the network. To take full advantage of the speed, minimal computer components are required. The speed of the Internet services may vary depending on the technology environment, location, configurations, network congestion, use of services within the home and the number of connected users. The Internet Optik GIGA 1.5 plan allows unlimited data usage per billing month for combined downloads and uploads.
Offer subject to change without notice. Available to new and existing TELUS customers in Ontario who have not subscribed to internet in the past 90 days and activate an eligible internet plan on a 2 year term. The Plan Price Lock Discount (“Lock”) applies to the monthly regular price for eligible internet plans, before any applicable taxes, other government imposed fees, discounts, promotions and bill credits, for 5 years starting from the time of eligible plan activation. Prices of features, select add-ons and pay-per-use rates are not guaranteed during the Lock period and are subject to change. After the Lock period, in-market regular pricing applies and is subject to change. The Lock may be removed upon internet plan change or renewal or if you no longer meet the eligibility criteria.
Offer subject to change without notice. Available to residential customers who subscribe to eligible services and enroll with pre-authorized payments. The $5/mo discount will apply each month to each eligible service and you must retain the eligible service(s) with pre-authorized payments to maintain the discount. Customers may see a partial credit when enrolling with pre-authorized payments depending on bill cycle. All prices do not include applicable taxes. Discounts, promotions, benefits and credits are earned for each full month of service and do not apply to partial billing periods.
Traditional copper wire or Hybrid Fibre Coax (HFC) networks are subject to capacity constraints and environmental stresses that do not affect TELUS fibre optic technology, which is based on light signals. Not available in all areas. Individual results may vary depending on location, usage within the home network, Internet traffic, applicable network management or server configuration.
The TELUS Privilege rewards program is reserved for customers who are subscribed to Internet, Optik TV, SmartHome Security, Online Security or a consumer postpaid mobility plan from TELUS in Quebec and who sign up at
