With Optik TV, you can now easily install your TELUS TV Digital Box on your own. Just plug it in, power it up, follow a few simple on-screen instructions and start watching. For more detailed step-by-step instructions, see Telus.com/telustvinstall.

For internet, installation is free on a 2 year term or $100 without a term. You can book an installation appointment during checkout. You may find time slots within the next few days, but expect 1 – 2 weeks. Internet installation takes 1 – 2 hours.

TELUS PureFibre uses fiber optic technology and light to transmit data from TELUS to the customer premises, which is more energy-efficient than legacy data transmission methods. Energy savings are not experienced at the customer level because of enhanced household equipment and Wi-Fi.
