Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. Free installation and equipment rental is not available with Optik TV Basics. Downgrading to Optik TV Basics after accepting a promotional offer will trigger the cancellation fees associated with the plan and the installation and equipment rental charges.
