If you're having problems with your device (e.g., an app is frozen, the screen isn't responding, etc.), the first step in troubleshooting is to turn your phone off and on again (also known as a soft reset). You should only use this feature when iPhone isn't working correctly.
  1. 1 - To restart your iPhone, quickly press and release the Volume up button.
    • Remarque : For iPhone 7, press and hold both the volume down button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
    • Remarque : For iPhone 6s or iPhone SE (1st generation), press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  2. 2 - Quickly press and release the Volume down button.
  3. 3 - Press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
  4. 4 - You've completed the steps!
