Current Step: 1 - From within the Settings app, tap Transfer or Reset iPad.
If you're having device performance issues, resetting your settings may help.
  1. 1 - From within the Settings app, tap Transfer or Reset iPad.
  2. 2 - Tap Reset.
  3. 3 - Tap Reset All Settings.
    • Note: If you have set up a device passcode, you will be prompted to enter it.
  4. 4 - Tap Reset.
    • Note: Resetting your settings will reset all customized settings on iPad. Personal information will not be deleted.
  5. 5 - You've completed the steps!
