Google Wallet isn’t compatible with the Dual apps feature. If you have a device with the Dual apps feature, follow this tutorial to understand how to deactivate it.

Current Step: 1 - From the Settings app, tap the Settings search bar.
  1. 1 - From the Settings app, tap the Settings search bar.
  2. 2 - Enter and tap Dual Messenger.
    • Remarque : If Dual Messenger does not appear for your device, attempt to type an alternative name for the feature such as Dual Apps, Parallel Apps, Clone Apps, or Twin Apps. If no results appear, your device may not support this feature.
  3. 3 - Scroll to and tap Dual Messenger again.
  4. 4 - Tap or slide the switch next to an enabled app to disable the feature.
  5. 5 - Tap Uninstall.
  6. 6 - Tap the Menu icon.
  7. 7 - Tap Delete all my data.
  8. 8 - Tap Delete.
  9. 9 - Drag down the Notification Panel by swiping down from the top of the screen.
  10. 10 - Drag down the Quick Settings panel.
  11. 11 - Tap the Power icon.
  12. 12 - Tap Restart.
  13. 13 - Tap Restart again.
  14. 14 - You've completed the steps!
